Danielle and Glen Rollins ended their 18-year marriage in December 2013 with a settlement on the eve of trial.
For his part, Glen, scion of the multibillion-dollar Orkin pest-control empire, got to keep Boxwood, the Habersham Road estate designed by Philip Shutze. An arbitrator would also decide how the furnishings inside the 13,000-square-foot home would be divided.
The arbitrator’s decisions in mid-2014 sparked highly contentious litigation that continues to this day, including a contempt finding against Danielle that could land her in prison and an order for her to pay up to $578,000 in fines, fees and damages.
