For his part, Glen, scion of the multibillion-dollar Orkin pest-control empire, got to keep Boxwood, the Habersham Road estate designed by Philip Shutze. An arbitrator would also decide how the furnishings inside the 13,000-square-foot home would be divided.

The arbitrator’s decisions in mid-2014 sparked highly contentious litigation that continues to this day, including a contempt finding against Danielle that could land her in prison and an order for her to pay up to $578,000 in fines, fees and damages.

But the Georgia Supreme Court has now said it wants to hear an appeal filed by Danielle that arose from the contempt order by a Fulton County judge. To read the full story about the case, please go to myajc.com.
